Bauer has announced at Ruediger Kaub will succeed Dieter Stetter as chairman of its equipment business Bauer Maschinen.

Kaub joined the board of directors at Bauer Maschinen yesterday and will take on the chairman’s role on 1 December.
Bauer has said that Kaub joins its business from crushing and screening manufacturer Kleeman, which is owned by Wirtgen, but the mining engineer previously work for O&K Group where he worked on product development before moving into sales and management roles.
Bauer chairman of the main board Thomas Bauer said: “We’re delighted that with Kaub we’ve been able to secure an experienced professional and we wish him a great start and a steady hand.”
Stetter has held the lead role at Bauer Maschinen for 10 years and worked for Bauer since the early 1980s. Bauer credits Stetter as playing an instrumental role in growing its Asian business and leaves his current role to lead Bauer Technologies Far East Group.
