BGA calls for committee nominations

The British Geotechnical Association (BGA) is calling for nominations for members to stand for election to the BGA Executive Committee.

The BGA relies on the work of volunteers and the committee needs the help of more members. Each year three members are elected to serve on the executive committee for a three year term and the search is on for new candidates to join this summer.

If you fit the description of “enthusiastic BGA members who are keen to contribute toward our vibrant association” then you could be just what the committee needs.

If you wish to stand for election please use the nomination form, which can be downloaded here, and forms must be submitted to shelagh.fleming@ice.org.uk

Each nomination must be supported by three BGA members.

The successful candidates will be announced at the BGA’s annual conference at the Instituion of Civil Engineers in London on 19 June.
