The BGA held its AGM during its annual conference in June and the organisation announced the results of elections for new committee members for the next session.
The newly elected members to the BGA Executive Committee are Vincent Nyambayo, Susan Pollard and David Toll who will serve a three year term on the committee. The unsuccessful candidates in the 2017 election were Ebenezer Adenmosun, Niall Corney, Sam Dival, Adrian Jones, Keith Nicholls and Grace Yungwith.
The BGA is grateful to all the candidates for their support of the BGA, which cannot run without the hard work and enthusiasm of the committee members.
Prizes for the preceding year were also awarded at the AGM.
Prize winners were:
- Francesc Mirada of Arup who was awarded the BGA Cooling Prize 2017
