Boring Company granted planning approval to build garage for tunnel

Elon Musk’s The Boring Company has been granted planning approval to build a prototype garage that would be connected to a tunnel.

Hawthorne City Council in Los Angeles has granted planning permission for a private prototype garage that will directly connect to the start-up’s proof of concept tunnel. The application was unanimously approved.

The garage will not be open to the public, and according to Teslarati, cars would enter the tunnel from the Musk’s SpaceX campus which is located closeby. They would then move through the tunnel, into the prototype garage, and then back to the SpaceX campus.
