Central Piling targets northern growth

Central Piling has announced that it has opened its first regional office in a bid to meet growing demand in the north.

The Essex-headquartered company has opened a new office in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire which will be headed up by northern area manager Nick Sharp.

Shap, who has 30 years if ground engineering experience, will be will be responsible for marketing, estimating, designing and project managing contracts.

According to Central Piling, Sharp has worked for both Keller and May Gurney Piling in the north of England and Scotland. The company also said that he is experienced in providing competitive but focused solutions for clients considering the varied ground encountered within the Midlands, north east, north west and central Scottish construction hubs.
