Concrete delivery developments from Putzmeister

Concrete pumping specialist Putzmeister has announced that it will launch two new innovations that will benefit cast insitu ground engineering solutions at this year’s Bauma construction equipment exhibition in Munich, Germany this April.

The BSF 47-5 truck-mounted concrete pump features a five-arm placing boom mounted on a four-axle chassis, which Putzmeister has said will improve accuracy during delivery thanks to the stable structure of the new machine. The 32t machine can be deployed on restricted sites through development of telescopic front support legs and the boom design minimises vibration during pumping to ensure safety and efficiency.

Putzmeister will also present the new Pumi 25-4 and 28-4 truck mixer concrete pumps with a newly developed stepless support system and systems to reduce noise during operation. According to Putzmeither, the new support system improves safety and can also be set up with support on a single side to aid use on constructed sites.
