The British Drilling Association (BDA) has said that 10 new members have joined the organisation adding to its aim to be fully representative of the drilling industry.
The new members take the total number of companies represented by the BDA to 130 - the highest number in over a decade.
The new members are 521 STRE, Ace Drilling Services, Causeway Geotech, Danbar, Elliott Ground Source Drilling Services, Euro Repair, Forester Drilling, Genesis Risk Solutions and Mincon International.
It is always great to welcome new members, but to announce 10 additions is a tremendous boost to the association,” said BDA chair Anne Baxter. “The variety of skills these companies bring will greatly enhance the BDA’s knowledge base, as well as allowing it to better represent the drilling industry, both within the sector and at a more strategic level as a specialist contractor in construction.
“As the BDA drives forward standards, innovation and critical issues such as best practice and health and safety, new member input will be invaluable.”
