For Viva announces £60M ground investigation framework

Housing group For Viva has announced a new £290M construction consultancy services framework for Greater Manchester to support delivery of 1,200 homes.

The agreement will run for four years and is divided into four lots covering project management, architecture, structural engineering and ground investigation services.

For Viva has said that ground investigation for the planned refurbishment and new build developments is expected to be in the region of £60M.

Bidders must apply by 28 May and selected tenders will be invited to participate in the next stage by mid-June. For Viva has said that it expects to appoint three ground investigation contractors to the framework.
