Keller has announced that it expects a pre-tax loss across the Asia Pacific (Apac) region.
The company hsa said that the loss is expected to be between £12M to £15M for the full year to 31 December 2018 for its Apac division.
According to the firm, after a reassessment of project performance in ASEAN and Waterway, and as a result of recent changes of the management in the two business units, it is now expected the Apac division of the group to make a pre-tax loss.
This is in contrast to the previous expectation of a small profit.
As a consequence the Keller Group is undertaking a strategic review of the affected business units and has said it will update the market in due course with the outcome of the review.
According to the announcement, Keller Group’s trading results for the 2018 financial year remain in line with expectations.
In July, the firm announced that its worldwide revenues for the first half of 2018 were £1.075bn, up 8% from £991M for the same period last year.
