Mersey Gateway piling

Aarsleff Ground Engineering has announced that managing director Chris Primett has left the business following a management restructure to “consolidate its services and refocus on markets with optimum opportunity”.

Stig Weis from the business’s Danish parent company has been appointed a temporary managing director with day to day management delivered by deputy managing director Kevin Hague.

Weis and Haugue will be supported by factory manager Paul Pendleton and head of finance Frances Harvey.

Aarsleff said in a statement that Primett had delivered 25 years of positive service to the firm and has stepped down following a decision to refocus the business following three years of growth and diversification.
