Zen call for geotechnical support in Paris

Paris is searching for geotechnical specialists to join its framework to support development new T Zen 5 tram-based metro extension project running from Choisy Le Roi.

Tender documents for the framework, valued at up to €1.3M (£1.1M), have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union today.

The new 9km route, which is expected to cost €108M (£95M) will have 19 stations and link the 13th arrondissement to Choisy Le Roi by 2020.

The work will cover geotechnical, hydrogeological and environmental aspects of the scheme, including the ground investigation.

Bids for the work must be submitted by the end of October.
