Synopsis
Basement excavation for Trinidad and Tobago’s £60M financial complex gave a British company Ground Anchors the opportunity to install nearly 400 temporary clay anchors and to prove the efficiency of a post-grouting technique they have recently developed. Design changes were made almost daily resulting in over 300 anchors being post-grouted.
